Bullion Go-Neat Global Limited, under the leadership of Chairman, MD, and CEO Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, is taking decisive measures to combat unauthorized exports of its products, particularly the popularly known Coco Samba.

The management has expressed concern over individuals exporting without proper permits and in violation of the company regulations.

To control this issue, the management announced that the export packages of the company’s products will now be inscribed with “export only” alongside the label of the products as a means of identification for authorized exporters.

The management furthermore said Individuals exporting without company-certified approval or distributorship permits have violated the company’s standards and rules.

“We are calling on everyone who wants to export our products to follow our proper procedures and rules for the export standard, which has export only in the carton and label of our products,” the management said.

It emphasized the importance of adherence to the company’s rules and instructions for aspiring exporters, emphasizing that the move aims to protect the company’s products and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

The Standards Organisation of Nigeria, under the directive of the Director General, has granted approval for the certification process:

Cocosamba MILK AND CHOCOLATE FLAVOURED DRINK WITH HERBAL EXTRACT FT-18592

However, it is crucial for Bullion Go-Neat Global Limited to heed the conditions set for the certification process.

Adherence to the relevant Nigerian Industrial Standard for the products.
Continued production of the approved items.
Avoidance of any misuse of the MANCAP Logo and number.

The six-month validity period, after which certification should be completed.
Faithful reproduction of the MANCAP Logo in the original the original color.

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the withdrawal of the MANCAP Logo and number.

Bullion Go-Neat Global Limited is urged to prioritize the swift completion of the certification process before introducing the products to the market.

Excerpts from another official document signed by both parties read: “Offer of Management Deal. RE: Eedris AbdulKareem.

“Sequel to our numerous discussions via telephone and physical meeting in the last few weeks as well as the board meeting we the management of Bullion Records held on the 6th of February, 2019, we are pleased to use this medium to offer you a management deal on the following terms and conditions:

“Five (5) Year’s tenure with 70% to Artiste; 30% to Record Label (For shows and Endorsement). “Contract renewal -Subject to Negotiation.

“All other enumerations shall be discussed with you pending your acceptance of this Deal.”
